our fairies to homes outside the UK
and offer a flat rate shipping of £8.00
No shipping available to the EU
Due to the EU Import regulations as of January 2021 I am sorry to say
I cannot ship to Europe. Should this change and the EU sort out their regulations then I will resume shipping but at the moment they are putting mega charges on both the retailers and also the buyers.
I can only apologise to my EU customers but although the UK and EU signed a no tarrifs agreement/treaty the EU have decided to make importing goods from the UK nigh on impossible.

All bonniesfairydoors.com products are handmade so no two are identical and very slight variations or colour hue differences may occur. All screens show colours differently depending on resolution and settings.
Should your item arrive damaged please contact us within 7 days for exchange or refund using our fairymail email form from the link at the top of every page of this website. If possible please supply photo's of the item and original packaging.

Custom items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
When orderng personalised or custom items please double check all your details are correct before paying, as customised or personalised items cannot be exchanged or returned for refund.
LOGISTICS AT BUSY TIMES OF THE YEAR
At certain times of the year, such as Christmas, please order in plenty of time as turnaround may be a little longer than normal due to increased demand. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will let you know immediately by fairymail and you can decide if you want to wait for your item or if you would prefer a refund. Keeping our customers happy is our main priority as our reputation depends on it.
